I travel for work on a weekly basis and thought having a home security system will allow me to monitor my condo. Every time when I'm away, I always get this communication failure alert triggered by the door or window sensor. I figured out how to reset it but I have to be home to do it using the console. Then open and close the door or window that triggered the error. Then it will reset itself. What a piece of useless device and gives me more headaches than security service.
